Easy Tortilla Pizza (microwave only) recipe

Easy Tortilla Pizza (microwave only)

 Ingredients:

Flour Tortilla
Plate
2 Paper Towels
Shredded Cheese (your choice, I picked Italian 5 cheese)
Sauce (your choice - I chose alfredo)
Toppings/Meat (your choice, if any - I picked black olives, mushrooms & Tyson fajita style chicken)

1. First to crisp the tortilla: Place the first paper towel on the plate, then put the tortilla on top of it and layer with the second paper towel. Put a plate on top of the second paper towel, then heat up for 30 seconds. Flip the tortilla and paper towel and heat up for another 30 seconds. Keep turning and heating until the tortilla reaches desired level of firmness (I only had to flip and heat a single tortilla twice to reach the firm/crispiness I wanted)

2. Layer lightly with shredded cheese, then spread Sauce on tortilla. Prepare meat and toppings(I preheated my mushrooms and black olives and prepared chicken as indicated on package), then cut into smaller pieces if necessary and top your pizza. Now top with a layer of cheese.

3. Stick pizza in microwave and heat up between 2-3 minutes (varies depending on what microwave you have, of course)

4. When finished, take out pizza and let cool for a few minutes, then use a pizza cutter to cut the tortilla pizza into pieces so it will be easier to eat.

~~~~try it, you'll like it! it makes for a handy snack without much effort. I'll try to post a picture when I get the chance.
