Mindfield Referral

I've taken surveys on this site for a while. It's called MindField Online, and they have a small cashout balance ($5). When you choose to cash out, you no longer are limited to only selecting paper checks. Now you can request to get your payments at your paypal account, a sam's club or walmart virtual card or amazon credits. When you sign up using this link I receive referral credit...so thanks in advance. :) I just cashed out for $6 via paypal, and should be getting that money soon.
