I'm writing this blog mainly to share with people that have this same issue with with Plex media center. It has worked without a hitch for quite some time now, then earlier this week, I noticed the shows I organized into properly named folders weren't being located by Plex at all.
It turns out I just needed to exit the Plex player completely, then log back into the system.
It worked like a charm, and I feel a little outdated for not thinking up this solution first, before doing extensive research online troubleshooting my issue. For that reason, I'm posting this here and hoping others can find this blog when searching for ways to fix this same issue. You're welcome ;)
